What type of jewelry does H&H offer?

Our collection includes CZ and moissanite jewelry, including tennis necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and select specialty pieces.

What is moissanite?

Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone known for its incredible brilliance, durability, and diamond-like appearance. Its high refractive properties give it an intense sparkle that makes it a popular alternative to diamonds.

Does moissanite pass a diamond tester?

Most traditional thermal diamond testers may register moissanite as diamond because moissanite conducts heat similarly to a diamond.

More advanced testers designed to distinguish between diamond and moissanite may identify the difference.

What is CZ?

CZ, or cubic zirconia, is a man-made stone designed to provide a bright, diamond-inspired look at a more affordable price point.

CZ and moissanite are different materials, so be sure to check each product description to see which stone is used in the piece you're purchasing.

Will my jewelry tarnish or fade?

Our jewelry is tarnish and fade resistant. However, the longevity of your jewelry depends on the material, frequency of wear, individual body chemistry, and how the piece is cared for.

To preserve your jewelry, we recommend avoiding water, perfumes, lotions, sweat, household chemicals, pools, and salt water whenever possible.

Can I shower or swim in my jewelry?

Although H&H jewelry is water resistant, we recommend removing your H&H jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or entering pools, hot tubs, and salt water.

Keeping your jewelry dry and limiting exposure to chemicals will help preserve its appearance.

How do I know what necklace or bracelet size to order?

Measurements are listed on each product page.

For necklaces, we recommend using a measuring tape or comparing the listed length to a necklace you already own.

For bracelets, measure around your wrist and allow a little additional room depending on how fitted or loose you prefer your bracelet.

Please check your size carefully before ordering, as all sales are final.

Are your items ready to ship?

Availability varies by product. Some H&H pieces are ready to ship, while others may be available through preorder or special order.

Please check the individual product description before purchasing for the most accurate processing information.

How long will my order take to ship?

Processing and estimated delivery information can be found on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Please remember that processing time and shipping time are separate. Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may vary.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent using the contact information provided with your order.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your shipping label has been created.

Can I return or exchange my jewelry?

All H&H Jewelry purchases are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing or length selected, or personal preference.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

We'll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been submitted.

Please carefully review your items, sizes, quantities, and shipping information before completing checkout.

How should I store my jewelry?

We recommend storing your jewelry separately in its H&H packaging or a soft jewelry pouch in a cool, dry place.

Keeping pieces separate can help prevent scratching, tangling, and unnecessary wear.
