Due to the nature of our products, all H&H Jewelry purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or length selected, or personal preference.

Please review all product details, measurements, sizing, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect each piece before it is shipped. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, an eligible item may be replaced or another appropriate resolution may be provided.

Shipping Damage

If your package or jewelry appears to have been damaged during transit, please keep all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the packaging and item.

Wear & Care

H&H Jewelry is not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear, improper care, accidents, misuse, exposure to chemicals or moisture, or failure to follow our jewelry care recommendations.
